The game was rated 7/10 by IGN. Lucas M. Thomas wrote in his review: “1001 BlockBusters ends up feeling like a fun little DSi diversion (…). And you can’t beat the value – it’s only two bucks to buy, and the title’s claim of 1001 different levels is legit.” The whole article can be read here.

Discover personalities of your sharks as you feed, clean and care for them. Bring out pet’s talents by training your shark in a variety of fun and wacky activities. Enter the shark into pet shows and earn money to buy exciting upgrades including toys, food, clothes, accessories and more!

If you’re not sure about buing the game, check its reviews! IGN scored it 7/10 and wrote in its article: “There’s no way a real shark would let you get away with this. And that makes it awesome”.
Also, the game got positive feedback from Wiiloveit.com: “(…) taking care of a baby shark is pretty fun. (…) There’s a lot of stuff to unlock, different personal care options, and multiple combinations of sharks you can adopt. It’s a sort of game that definitely appeals to casual gamers”. Overall, 101 Shark Pets was rated 21/30.
